爲避免現場購票踴躍，延誤您入場時間及心情，建議您多使用網路購票與手機（ APP ）購票。使用本服務前，請先加入 udn 售票網會員。結帳前請確認購票人（需為 udn 售票網會員）基本資料，並輸入購票人本人之信用卡號，產生訂單編號始完成交易。

使用本服務前，請先加入 udn 售票網會員。詳細購票流程，請參考 udn 售票網 APP 之「新手上路」。APP 下載方式：請進入 App Store 或 Google play 商店，輸入「 udn 售票網」搜尋下載。

Online Ticketing: Credit Card Payment

To avoid long waiting and delays at on-site ticket counters, we recommend using the online official website or mobile app to book tickets. Please register as a UDN Ticket Website member before using this service. Before checkout, confirm the buyer’s (must be a UDN member) information and enter the credit card number of the ticket purchaser. A transaction is complete only when an order number is generated.

※ App requires Android version 4.4 or above / iOS version 10.0 or above. Not compatible with OPPO R11 devices.
線上購票：ATM轉帳
■ 虛擬帳號會隨每筆訂單不同而產生不同帳號，可透過金融卡或網路轉帳的方式進行轉帳匯款，惟不接受郵局或銀行臨櫃匯款。
■ 選擇虛擬帳號訂購票券者須於指定繳款期限前完成匯款動作，方算正式成立訂單。
■ 虛擬帳號ATM繳款期限為訂單成立時間次日的23時59分。
例：3/1訂單成立，請於3/2 23:59前完成匯款。
逾繳款期限未匯款，該虛擬帳號將失效，該筆訂單亦會自動取消；若為劃位節目，原座位亦會釋出。
若逾期未完成匯款，請重新訂購，並使用新的虛擬帳號，以及依照新的繳款期限進行匯款。
■ 銷售結束前一日，不開放ATM轉帳付款。
■ 匯款金額請勿短少或是溢繳，只要金額不符合訂單應付金額，將無法完成匯款。
■ 每筆訂單的虛擬帳號皆不同，請勿將同組虛擬帳號用於不同訂單匯款。
■ ATM轉帳手續費需請匯款人自行吸收。
Online Ticketing: ATM Transfer
■ A unique virtual account number is generated for each order and can be used for transfer via debit card or online banking. Post office or over-the-counter wire transfer are not accepted.
■ Payment must be completed before the payment deadline to confirm the order.
■ The deadline for virtual account payment is 23:59 on the next day after the order is created.
Example: If your order is placed on 3/1, please complete payment by 3/2 before 23:59.
If payment is not made before the deadline, the virtual account will expire, and the order will be automatically canceled. For reserved seating events, the seats will be released.
If your order is canceled due to missed payment, please reorder and use the new virtual account before its payment deadline.
■ ATM transfer payment will not be available one day before the end of ticket sales
■ The transfer amount must match the exact order amount. Overpayments or underpayments will cause the transaction to fail.
■ Each virtual account is unique to one order. Do not use the same account number for different orders.
■ Any transaction fees from ATM transfers are the responsibility of the remitter.
線上購票：LINE Pay付款
■ 請確認已有開通LINE Pay服務。
■ 若使用行動裝置購票，請確認已有安裝LINE。
■ 結帳流程付款方式請選擇LINE Pay。
■ 請依照LINE Pay畫面指示操作，完成付款。

■ Please ensure you have activated your LINE Pay service.
■ If purchasing via a mobile device, please make sure the LINE app is installed.
■ Choose LINE Pay as the payment method.
■ Follow the instructions in the LINE Pay to complete the payment.
場館閘門電子票
(1)請登入udn售票網會員服務 > 查詢訂單，點選"場館閘門電子票"後顯示QR code至場館閘門掃描入場。
(2)場館閘門電子票券每張QR code僅限一人使用乙次。
(3)場館閘門電子票規定依現場及官方網站公告為主，上述事項若有未盡事宜，主辦單位保留活動更改之權利。
(4)場館閘門電子票入場核銷後不接受退票。
(5)如有未盡事宜，請參考節目頁面或官方網站公告資訊。
於本網站購票，如因個人因素欲辦理退票：
1.場館閘門電子票：請於活動日 3 天前，登入本網站「會員服務-訂單查詢」中點選申請退票。 ※ 舉例：5/30 的活動，最晚須於 5/27 23:59 以前於系統申請退票。
2.退票需收取票價 10% 手續費，系統將會於 20 個工作日內將票款扣除 10% 手續費後之金額，退到您網路購票付款之帳戶。
3.退票申請最遲須於活動結束當日前辦理；逾時票券即刻作廢，恕無法進行退票。
