Online Ticketing: Credit Card Payment

To avoid long waiting and delays at on-site ticket counters, we recommend using the online official website or mobile app to book tickets. Please register as a UDN Ticket Website member before using this service. Before checkout, confirm the buyer’s (must be a UDN member) information and enter the credit card number of the ticket purchaser. A transaction is complete only when an order number is generated.

※ App requires Android version 4.4 or above / iOS version 10.0 or above. Not compatible with OPPO R11 devices.
線上購票：ATM轉帳
■ 虛擬帳號會隨每筆訂單不同而產生不同帳號，可透過金融卡或網路轉帳的方式進行轉帳匯款，惟不接受郵局或銀行臨櫃匯款。
■ 選擇虛擬帳號訂購票券者須於指定繳款期限前完成匯款動作，方算正式成立訂單。
■ 虛擬帳號ATM繳款期限為訂單成立時間次日的23時59分。
例：3/1訂單成立，請於3/2 23:59前完成匯款。
逾繳款期限未匯款，該虛擬帳號將失效，該筆訂單亦會自動取消；若為劃位節目，原座位亦會釋出。
若逾期未完成匯款，請重新訂購，並使用新的虛擬帳號，以及依照新的繳款期限進行匯款。
■ 銷售結束前一日，不開放ATM轉帳付款。
■ 匯款金額請勿短少或是溢繳，只要金額不符合訂單應付金額，將無法完成匯款。
■ 每筆訂單的虛擬帳號皆不同，請勿將同組虛擬帳號用於不同訂單匯款。
■ ATM轉帳手續費需請匯款人自行吸收。
Online Ticketing: ATM Transfer
■ A unique virtual account number is generated for each order and can be used for transfer via debit card or online banking. Post office or over-the-counter wire transfer are not accepted.
■ Payment must be completed before the payment deadline to confirm the order.
■ The deadline for virtual account payment is 23:59 on the next day after the order is created.
Example: If your order is placed on 3/1, please complete payment by 3/2 before 23:59.
If payment is not made before the deadline, the virtual account will expire, and the order will be automatically canceled. For reserved seating events, the seats will be released.
If your order is canceled due to missed payment, please reorder and use the new virtual account before its payment deadline.
■ ATM transfer payment will not be available one day before the end of ticket sales
■ The transfer amount must match the exact order amount. Overpayments or underpayments will cause the transaction to fail.
■ Each virtual account is unique to one order. Do not use the same account number for different orders.
■ Any transaction fees from ATM transfers are the responsibility of the remitter.

超商取票
(1) udn售票網提供 「7- ELEVEN ibon」、「全家 Fami-Port」、「萊爾富Life-ET」取票服務，歡迎多加利用。

(2) 網路購票選擇「超商取票」，購票完成後即可前往超商機台取票。每筆訂單須收取系統處理費NT$30元。
(3) 前往取票時，請於超商機台輸入「身分證字號」或「護照或居留證號碼」及「8碼取票號碼」，先取得「取票憑證」後，並於10分鐘之內至櫃檯領取票券。
(4) 建議您訂購完成後儘早前往超商取票。活動逾期未取票者視同售出，恕不接受退換票或退費。
(1) Tickets can be collected at the following convenience store kiosks: 7-ELEVEN ibon、FamilyMart FamiPort、Hi-Life Life-ET。
(2) If you select 「Convenience Store Collection」 when purchasing online, you can collect your ticket at the kiosk after completing the order. A NT$30 handling fee will be charged per order.
(3) At the kiosk, input your National ID number and the 8-digit pickup code to receive a payment slip. Present this slip at the counter within 10 minutes to pay the handling fee and collect your ticket.
(4) It is recommended to collect your tickets as soon as possible after placing your order.
Please keep the tickets safely after collection. Tickets not collected before the deadline will be treated as sold and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
國內郵寄
(1) 請務必填妥會員真實姓名、聯絡資料、寄送地址，並確認白天有人收掛號信件，以利票券順利寄達。
(2) 每筆訂單需收取 NT$50元系統處理費，請確認您所要購買的節目皆選購完畢後，再執行結帳，以免重複收取費用。訂購完成後若取消訂單或退換票，恕無法退回NT$50元系統處理費，敬請見諒。
(3) 外島地區、海外地區(台灣以外地區)不提供寄送服務，填寫海外地址者，本公司保留接單與否之權利。
(4) 若您需郵寄不同地點，請分次結帳，並分別填入您要寄送的地址。
(5) 開演前10日不開放國內郵寄取票方式。
(1) Please ensure that your full name, contact information, and address are filled accurately. Make sure that receiving the registered mail is available.
(2) A NT$50 handling fee will be charged per order. Please confirm all tickets are selected before checking out to avoid multiple charges. If the order is canceled or refunded after purchase, the NT$50 fee will not be refunded.
(3) Mail delivery is not available to offshore islands or overseas regions (outside Taiwan). If an overseas address is entered, the company reserves the right to accept or cancel the order.
(4) If you need to send tickets to different addresses, please place separate orders and enter each address accordingly.
(5) Mail delivery will not be available within 10 days before the event date.
退票應於購買票券後3天內(不含購票當天)辦理，購票後第4天起不可退票；手續費為票面金額5%。如購票日距活動日不足三日，請於活動開始前完成退票申請。例如:3/21(五)購票後，3/24(一) 23:59前須完成退款手續。
※ 若購買套票組合(包括但不限於贈品、兌換券或搭配其他聯合活動)，退票亦需整個套票組合包裝完整連同票券退回，無法退單張票券。
※ 活動若因故延期或取消，請您依照主辦單位公布之退票訊息辦理退票，主辦單位恕不負責票面金額以外之費用。
※ 若票券尚未領取，可直接登入網站於「交易記錄」操作退票。
※ 已取票券退票受理日以「寄達」本公司日期為準(非以郵戳或寄件日期為準，請自行計算寄達時間，逾期寄達恕不受理)。若逾期、缺件或申請書填寫不全，則無法受理。
Ticket refunds must be requested within 3 days after the purchase date (excluding the day of purchase). No refunds will be accepted starting from the 4th day after purchase. A 5% handling fee of the ticket face value will be deducted. If the purchase date is within 3 days of the event, refund requests must be completed before the event starts. Example: If you purchase a ticket on Friday, March 21, you must complete the refund process by 23:59 on Monday, March 24.
※ If you purchased a ticket package (including but not limited to gifts, vouchers, or bundled promotions), you must return the entire package in its original condition along with the tickets. Partial refunds are not allowed.
※ In case of the postponement or cancellation of the event, please follow the refund instructions announced by the event organizer. The organizer is not responsible for any compensation more than the face value of the ticket.
※ If you have not yet collected your tickets, you may log in to the website and request a refund via the ‘Order History’ section.
※ For physical tickets already collected, the refund application is accepted only based on the date that the returned tickets are received by the company (not the postmark or mailing date). Please leave enough time for delivery—late submissions will not be accepted. Refunds will also be denied if the application is incomplete or late.
