手機 ( App ) 取票

(1) udn 售票網提供 iOS(iOS10.0以上)及 Android(Android4.4以上)系統行動用戶專屬 App，進行行動購票及取票使用。App下載方式：請進入App Store或Google play商店，輸入「udn 售票網」搜尋下載。

 ※不適用於OPPO廠牌部份型號手機。

(2) 線上購票過程中如選擇手機 App 取票，用戶可於訂單完成後往本 App 中「我的票券」專區『已取票券』確認票券。

(3) 建議您，前往觀賞展覽或表演前，請確認手機已攜帶且電量足夠，以免影響您的入場權益。

(4) 入場前，請保持行動網路有效連線及 udn 售票網手機 APP 正常運作，入場時得以出示該活動之電子票券 QR code，由現場工作人員驗證無誤後即可入場。（請注意：入場驗證僅接受原版電子票券 QR code，照片截圖或列印等方式皆不受理）。

(5) 使用手機 App 購/取票，不額外收取系統服務費。手機 App 相關退票辦法，請參考「常見問題」。

(1) The UDN Ticket App is available for iOS (version 10.0 or above) and Android (version 4.4 or above) users for mobile ticket purchases and collection. To download the app, search for ‘udn售票網’ on the App Store or Google Play. ※ Not compatible with some OPPO phone models.

(2) If you select Mobile App Ticket Collection during the online purchase process, you can access your tickets in the app under “My Tickets我的票券” > “Collected Tickets已取票券” after completing the order.

(3) Before attending the event or exhibition, please ensure your mobile device is with you and sufficiently charged to avoid affecting your entry.

(4) To enter the venue, ensure your mobile device has a stable internet connection and the UDN Ticket App is functioning properly. Present the original QR code of the e-ticket for the event via the app. On-site staff will scan and verify it for admission.

※ Screenshots or printed versions of the QR code will not be accepted for entry.

(5) No additional service fee is charged for ticket purchases or collections made via the mobile app. For information on ticket refunds via the app, please refer to the FAQ ‘常見問題’section.

超商取票

(1) udn售票網提供 「7- ELEVEN ibon」、「全家 Fami-Port」、「萊爾富Life-ET」取票服務，歡迎多加利用。

(2) 網路購票選擇「超商取票」，購票完成後即可前往超商機台取票。每筆訂單須收取系統處理費NT$30元。

(3) 前往取票時，請於超商機台輸入「身分證字號」或「護照或居留證號碼」及「8碼取票號碼」，先取得「取票憑證」後，並於10分鐘之內至櫃檯領取票券。

(4) 建議您訂購完成後儘早前往超商取票。活動逾期未取票者視同售出，恕不接受退換票或退費。

(1) Tickets can be collected at the following convenience store kiosks: 7-ELEVEN ibon、FamilyMart FamiPort、Hi-Life Life-ET。

(2) If you select 「Convenience Store Collection」 when purchasing online, you can collect your ticket at the kiosk after completing the order. A NT$30 handling fee will be charged per order.

(3) At the kiosk, input your National ID number and the 8-digit pickup code to receive a payment slip. Present this slip at the counter within 10 minutes to pay the handling fee and collect your ticket.

(4) It is recommended to collect your tickets as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please keep the tickets safely after collection. Tickets not collected before the deadline will be treated as sold and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

國內郵寄

(1) 請務必填妥會員真實姓名、聯絡資料、寄送地址，並確認白天有人收掛號信件，以利票券順利寄達。

(2) 每筆訂單需收取 NT$50元系統處理費，請確認您所要購買的節目皆選購完畢後，再執行結帳，以免重複收取費用。訂購完成後若取消訂單或退換票，恕無法退回NT$50元系統處理費，敬請見諒。

(3) 外島地區、海外地區(台灣以外地區)不提供寄送服務，填寫海外地址者，本公司保留接單與否之權利。

(4) 若您需郵寄不同地點，請分次結帳，並分別填入您要寄送的地址。

(5) 開演前10日不開放國內郵寄取票方式。

(1) Please ensure that your full name, contact information, and address are filled accurately. Make sure that receiving the registered mail is available.

(2) A NT$50 handling fee will be charged per order. Please confirm all tickets are selected before checking out to avoid multiple charges. If the order is canceled or refunded after purchase, the NT$50 fee will not be refunded.

(3) Mail delivery is not available to offshore islands or overseas regions (outside Taiwan). If an overseas address is entered, the company reserves the right to accept or cancel the order.

(4) If you need to send tickets to different addresses, please place separate orders and enter each address accordingly.

(5) Mail delivery will not be available within 10 days before the event date.
